weigh in #2!

Well, I lost 2 lbs this week! Woot!! I am so happy about that! :) I wish I could just lose all the weight at once and be trim and sexy already! lol But I know that I have to lose it slow in order to keep it off, and 2 lbs in one week is awesome!

Last night, we went to ANOTHER pizza buffet. Good grief! lol But I started with a salad, and still managed to keep my total calories for the day at 1510. We went to an Eagle Scout court of honor, but I did NOT have cake! Oh, I did have punch... hold on a second... Ok, make that 1616 calories, roughly! lol Still not bad at all!

I went to Walmart to buy a measuring tape, and they were all out. So, I still haven't measured. Today, I had venison stew, 1 piece of bread, 1 cup of grapes, and it is my hubby's birthday, so I made him a German chocolate cake with coconut icing. I did not ice one part of the cake, so I could have a piece, because I don't care for icing, but I also hate coconut! lol So, I had the smallest piece of cake ever and 1/2 cup of chocolate ice cream.

This afternoon I had a snack of hummus, whole wheat pita, and a nectarine.

My calories so far today are: 944. I am not sure what we are having for dinner yet, but I am thinking grilled chicken.

So, yeah, we have grilled chicken(3 oz), green beans (1 cup) and macaroni and cheese (I started with 1/2 cup, was still hungry, so I had 1/2 cup more for 1 cup total) bringing my total calories for the day to: 1415. :)
