A loss - a good one!:)
Went to Chris and Cathy's for New Years. It was fun! I drank too much, but still didn't go over my flex points for the week, so I was happy about that, and it showed with my loss! My plan is to get to 120... if I lose 2 lbs per week I can get there by September 10, 2007. That seems so far away, but by summer I should be looking so much better! lol
I need to make sure I strength train though... I don't want to have all that flab hanging out!;)
